How to Get Ordained as a Universal Life Church Minister

Through the proliferation of the internet, the Universal Life Church has truly become open to all faiths and religions; anyone can now become a legally ordained minister, independent Catholic priest, rabbi or clergy of the faith of your choice, online! After becoming ordained, you can perform weddings, funerals, baptisms, and other ceremonial rites.

  • There are many sites where you can legally get ordained.
  • "Google" or search for "ulc ordinations".
  • The majority of online churches are ecumenical or non-denominational - you do not need to alter your faith to get ordained.
  • The sites below contain step-by-step ordination instructions. Many are completely free, though some churches charge a membership fee.
